Most people who call me aren't asking "How do I sell this house?" They're asking "What do I do now?"
I'm a real estate professional and investor based in northwest Houston. I started this work because I saw how many families were handed a house — along with grief, paperwork and pressure — and nobody to simply explain their options.
My job is to be the calm, practical person in your corner: the one who knows the questions to ask, the people to call and the problems to solve first.

I'm a licensed real estate professional and I also invest in real estate. That means I can help you list your home on the open market, and in some situations I may be able to make a direct offer. I'll always explain every option — including the ones that don't involve me — and tell you clearly which role I'd play. I'm not an attorney or CPA, and I'll connect you with trusted ones when you need them.
My goal is to help you make an informed decision — not pressure you into making one.
You don't have to know what to do. That's where I come in.
